Relais & Chateaux’s El Silencio Lodge hosted us for a dreamy and activity-filled stay in Costa Rica’s lush jungle, not too far from the capital city of San Jose. This was the perfect way to spend the first few days of our time in Costa Rica — beginning with the personal jacuzzi that each bungalow suite includes!

Between the incredible meals, miles of trails on the hotel grounds, and variety of activities, El Silencio kept us relaxed and just the right amount of busy — we’ll definitely be going back.
